Elite Camp

PREAMBLE
For 2007/2008 our primary focus will be towards the establishment of a High Performance Infrastructure (HPI) that will enable LTAM to systematically produce world class tennis players every year.
The second stage of the so-called High Performance Infrastructure saw the need to regularly conduct proven elite camp or centralized training programs to hone the skills of selected “Elite” players.
They are top ranked players from various are groups selected through a transparent and unbiased ranking system.
These elite players will be ranked again in each Elite Camp through an In-House Round Robin Competition to determine who will be sponsored and/or endorsed to participate in the next stage of the High Performance Infrastructure, namely , exposure in international tournaments.
