The Asian 14/U Series is designed to assist in the development and promotion of tennis in the Asian region and improve ranking system for junior tennis in Asia for the 14/U age group - a tournament series that has the support of all member Nations of ATF and International Tennis Federation.

 

The goal with the Asian 14/U Series is to structure a program that can be built on for the future of Asian tennis and importantly encourage excitement and development amongst the young tennis enthusiasts that are playing throughout the region.

 

The Director is expected to manage and operate existing programs that are working well, and to bring new ideas and energy that will increase participation and excitement in tennis at Asian Tennis Tour 14 and under.

 

The Director is appointed by and directly reports to the Board of Directors of ATF and acts independently on its behalf.

 

The Director of ATF junior tennis tour 14&U is expected to have excellent interpersonal, management, and organizational skills. He/she should be proficient in the use of computers and email for clear written communication with members and have solid experience in coaching juniors or organizing or officiating junior tournaments. We expect the person to be either coach or official or event and tennis administrator with at least 5 years experience.

 

The office of ATF Junior tennis tour 14&U is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

 

Responsibilities:

2.1. Promotes and develops Asian Tennis Tour in whole Asia;

2.2. Develops the Annual schedule of ATF junior tour 14&U competitions;

2.4. Coordinate cooperation with the national federations, ATF and ITF;

2.5. Coordinates work of officials;

2.6. Organizes seminars and workshops to improve the skills of officials.

 

Salary up to USD5 000 net plus accommodation.
