At the recent ITF AGM, all National Associations were notified of a change to the ITF Constitution, which explicitly formalises the obligation on all National Associations to uphold and give effect to decisions issued under the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program at all events that are organised and/or sanctioned by National Associations. David Savic, a Serbian tennis player, has been found guilty of a Corruption Offense, for which he has been banned from participation in tennis for life, and fined $100,000. That is, Mr Savic is prohibited from participating in any National Association event.
