- Require LTAM and State Affiliates to provide Tournament Director , Tournament Referee and Official to assist the Host State and/or Organizers, wherever practicable, in officiating the competition and drafting of the standard Fact Sheet for the Qualifying Rounds and Main Draw.
- Host State and/or Organizers will provide hospitality and issue fact sheets and invitation programs.
- Venue for Main Draw and Qualifying Rounds must have at least ten (10) Courts, Tournament Desk and Draw Board, Players Lounge, PA System and Café’.
