KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The Organizer must ensure that they have;

• Availability of Sponsorships and Logistics.

• Well Managed LTAM and State Affiliates.

• Sincere cooperation from all stakeholders i.e. players, parents, Officials, Coaches, MSN,MSSM,KBS,Media,Press and Sponsors.

• Rules are adhered to strictly as per their Fact Sheet which is in accordance to the tournament features laid down by ITF and LTAM but most importantly, it is held on weekends only.

• Adequate number of Tennis Courts and Tournament Facilities.

• Ample Officials - Tournament Director, Tournament Honorary Referee etc who must be conversant in preparing the Draw, Order of Play, schedule in seeding the Players and generally, in running the tournament without fear or favour.

• Good Administration

  - Draw of each event released early
  - The Courts prepared before commencement of tournament on each day
  - The Tournament Officials on stand-by before the commencement of play on each day
  - There is (bottled )drinking water on the Courts for the Players
  - Medical Personnel on duty throughout the tournament
  - The results of each match properly recorded for viewing by Players, Coaches etc. and released to the Press/Media/TV by the Tournament Secretariat at the end of each day’s competition.

• The Ranking Points are accurately awarded to the Players depending where they finish up in the tournament and these are properly recorded for the purpose of determining the overall National Ranking positions of the Players.
