We recently participated in the Junior Davis Cup, Junior Fed Cup and the World Junior Tennis Championship (WJTC). We could not participate in the Fed Cup because we were unable to put up a credible team. Davis Cup will be held in Sri Lanka in June on clay courts and our players are already in Indonesia to train there as there are no clay courts and higher level sparring partners in Malaysia.
Good news first - our Junior Davis Cup team managed to secure eleventh position compared to thirteenth last year and we maintained thirteenth position in the Junior Fed Cup this year.
