PREAMBLE
In 2007/2008 our primary focus will be towards the establishment of an effective and efficient High Performance Infrastructure (HPI) that will enable LTAM to systematically produce world class players every year.
The first stage of the development of such High Performance Infrastructure (HPI) requires the need for LTAM to efficiently organize more competitions and tournaments at the community, state and national levels.
These locally organized and sanctioned competitions and tournaments coupled with a proven ranking system shall be the basis for the identification of high performance players for further development which we called the “Talent Identification” stage.
